Visit Kharphocho Fort

Although Lower Kachura Lake, also known as Shangrila Lake, is currently closed to the general public due to its acquisition by certain officials, the more magnificent and unspoiled Upper Kachura Lake may still be visited. 

The water is shallow in certain areas and surprisingly warm. So you may go for a swim there as well. Visit Sok Nala if you want to learn more about Kachura. It is located above Upper Kachura Lake and may be reached after a 30-minute trek.
